How about he agree to review the US Constitution and Bill of Rights especially Amendment I regarding freedom of the press?
Boston bombing suspect buried in Virginia; county looking into legality
Fri May 10, 2013
After all this long, dragged-out, expensive, and poorly handled mess is over all the participating government agencies (local, state, and federal) should add up the total to see that it would have been CHEAPER to simply have crated his remains and sent them to his family in Dagestan so they could fi …
'An evil chuckle': Survivor recalls deadly shooting spree at US base in Iraq

Using PTSD as a so-called reason for his actions is a slap in the face of all Veterans who suffer with PTSD on a daily basis and somehow deal with their demons without taking it out on others.
Who's who in the Boston Marathon bombing investigation
Thu May 2, 2013
I think that it's very telling as to where the focus is and what sells in the media with regard to this entire tragedy -- the "suspects" and every one else besides those who were most affected by the actions of the "suspects".

Lone officer confronted marathon bombing suspects in firefight, chief says

'Defining moment:' Armless Iraq vet offers words of courage to Boston bomb victims
Thu Apr 18, 2013
